Comments are enabled on some stories but not all. If comments are not enabled it will state "Comments are not available on this story" at the bottom of the article.
If comments are enabled on the article, but you are having trouble posting a comment:
There is most likely an error with the link between the commenting software and the website's authorization software.
If you see a Log In Sign Up option above the commenting section the link has an error.
Re-establish the link by signing out of the subscription through the My Account link (person icon) at the top right comer of the site. And then signing back in with your subscription credentials.
